How to Demolish a Headache in 30 seconds Flat

Recently, my dad was visiting me. Right before he stepped into his car, he turned around and looked at me sheepishly.

"Hey, real quick, would you be willing to look at my neck? I've had a headache all day."

I looked at him with some reproof. We'd been hanging out for two hours, and he hadn't mentioned it. But I put my hand on his neck and began feeling his muscles.

He didn’t have a lot of time, so I found one muscle that was significantly tighter than the rest and I pressed it. In about 30 seconds, I took my hand off.

"How's it feel?" I asked.

He put his hand to his neck. "Better," he said, moving his head around a bit. He shrugged and gave me a hug. "I've got to go. We have a long trip home," he said, motioning to my aunt in his car.

We hugged, he left, and I went back upstairs to do dishes.

Within 15 minutes, my dad had called me back.

"Yes?" I asked, confused. "Did I forget something?"

My dad was exclaiming over the phone. "It's amazing! I just wanted to tell you. We started driving, and my headache has become less and less. My neck is feeling looser just driving here - and my shoulder feels all warm!"

My dad calls what I do "muscle magic." He's a surgeon, used to doing scans to look inside the body and cutting things. Yet you don't have to be a surgeon to help your muscles! Anyone  can find muscles and tension in their body just the same way one finds shells in the sand.

I'm not the only person who can cure a headache in 30 seconds flat! You can, too! Anyone can learn how to ride a bike. Anyone can learn how to bake a cake, and anyone can learn how to nail two pieces of wood together. We all start being unable to do something before we are able to.

Set up a private or group workshop, learn the key muscles to headaches and neck tension, and find out how you can help yourself and others with the magic of muscles and therapy available right at your fingertips.

Now that's even faster than ibuprofen!
